How you get involved

Pre-Event Setup

Get a behind-the-scenes look at the event and help bring it to life during setup. In a relaxed atmosphere with popcorn and drinks, you’ll be part of the crew that makes code.talks truly one of a kind

Attendee Registration

Help out at the Check-In area at the conference by scanning tickets, handing out wristbands and badges, and keeping everything running smoothly — your efforts make the first impression of code.talks unforgettable!

We also need volunteers at the entrance for our side events, like the Tech Leaders Dinner, and for our legendary After-Conference Party!

Wardrobe Support

Help out at the wardrobe with jackets and bags. It can get a bit busy during peak times — but your break will be even longer!

Speaker & Stage Support

Help make sure our speakers have a smooth experience. You’ll be roaming the cinema, welcoming new speakers, and connecting them with the tech team. You’ll also be in charge of their personal drinks service — keeping them hydrated and happy!

Feel Good Manager for Partners

You’ll be out on the floor all day, supporting our partners wherever needed — whether it’s quick support at the booth, serving drinks, or anything else that comes up. Basically, you’re the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly!

Entrance Control

The cinema has several back entrances and exits — you’ll make sure only people with badges get in. Don’t worry, you can sit the whole time if you don’t feel like standing!

Springer / Allrounder

In this role, you’ll work side by side with our Head of People, tackling all-round tasks wherever help is needed (e.g. standing in while a teammate takes a break).

Post-Event Setup

We’ll need some helping hands for dismantling too. Jump in and experience firsthand how an event with 3,000+ attendees gets packed up in just two hours!
